  • “Cab” as may be used in this document includes all categories of transport vehicles like sedans, hatchbacks, sport utility vehicles, multi utility vehicles, and any other vehicle meant for transporting passengers.
  • “Cab Operator” means all the cab operators providing their vehicles alongwith their drivers;

TYPES OF CAB BOOKINGS FACILITATED BY PIK CAB SERVICE

  • Outstation Cab: This enables User(s) to book vehicles operated by cab operators having All India Tourist Permit (AITP) vehicles and operating between two separate cities. On the basis of the demand/requirement of the User, PIK CAB SERVICE as a facilitator connects the User with the concerned cab operator.
  • Car Rental (intracity and intercity): This enables User to book vehicles operated by cab operators having AITP license on hire/rental basis. This service shall be provided for both intercity and intracity on exclusive basis by booking the entire Vehicle of the cab/taxi operators.
  • Airport Drop: This shall exclusively cater to the needs of User intending to travel from and to the Airport. The service provided is intracity in nature and shall not facilitate the User to book intercity Airport drops

ROLE OF PIK CAB SERVICE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • PIK CAB SERVICE does not operate cab services on its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of cab services, cab types and prices to User, it has tied up with many Cab Operators.
  • PIK CAB SERVICE acts only acts a facilitator between the Cab Operator and User. The transaction is always between the Cab Operator and the User.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the Cab Operator to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the travel booked. PIK CAB SERVICE gives no warranty or assurance in regard to requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits which the Cab Operator is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
  • PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with respect to the trip including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity, uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of vehicle or driving skill, the Cab not departing or reaching on time, behavior of the cab driver, interiors of the Cab, cancellation of the trip by the Cab Operator due to any reason whatsoever, the baggage of the User getting lost, stolen or damaged, the Cab Operator providing a different type of Cab to the User, the User waiting at the wrong boarding point, the User being dropped to nearest location by the driver of the Cab due to any unavoidable circumstances, or any act or omission of Cab Operator causing accident, loss of life to the User.
  • PIK CAB SERVICE will not be liable to User or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by User through usage of Website, in so far as such information is provided by the Cab Operator.
  • In case of break down or accident of Cab where Cab Operator has been unable to make alternative arrangement, PIK CAB SERVICE LLP shall provide proportionate refund to User for uncovered distance. Any claims, liabilities or legal costs arising out of such event shall be borne by the Cab Operator.

PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the driver who is a third party agency. However, PIK CAB SERVICE shall assist you in the entire reasonable manner to recover your loss or damage.

PIK CAB SERVICE reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or mentally with the driver. PIK CAB SERVICE also reserves the right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law applicable at the time of the incident.

  • All the customers are expected to follow a certain behavioural guidelines. No smoking or drinking during the trip is allowed. Sleeping on the front seat is not allowed. The driver should not be forced to over speed during the trip.
  • Customers should use seatbelt during trip Any request for change in trip itinerary should be directly communicated to the company and should not be negotiated directly with the driver.
  • If a customers suffers from any disability or illness or is undergoing any treatment for medical condition, it should be communicated to us with full details before booking via mail, phone or other suitable channel so that we can advise you regarding the suitability of your trip package
  • Pik Cab LLP does not operate cab services on its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of cab services, cab types and prices to User, it has tied up with many Cab Operators/Vendors.

  • If you want to change car type or want to increase trip duration or need some correction in itinerary, you shall inform PIK CAB SERVICE well in advance and after confirmation by PIK CAB SERVICE, you shall be provided the new booking ticket/estimated fare details.
  • if you want to decrease your trip duration, you will inform to PIK CAB SERVICE in advance. however you will have to pay minimum estimated amount mentioned on your booking ticket.
  • PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be responsible to refund and/or to provide voucher in any case where you give any money or goods to the Driver except as mentioned in the invoice. PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be liable to pay any damages, if any, arises from any loss accrued to you.
  • PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the driver who is a third party agency. However, PIK CAB SERVICE shall assist you in all the reasonable manner to recover your loss or damage.

  • If your booking is cancelled after you have been matched with your driver and taxi, it shall be treated as NO SHOW by customer. NO REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and entire booking /advance amount shall be treated as cancellation charges.

  • For booking cancellation, you need to cancel the booking from your end through your registered mobile no through PIK CAB SERVICE customer account id. If face any issue Please call on customer support no 8810751210 or mail at pikcabservices@gmail.com before journey schedule.
  • ZERO cancellation charges before 24 hr of Journey schedule. However 5% processing fee would be deducted remaining amount would be refund.
  • Toll tax, State tax to be paid by customer of both ways (As per actual).
  • Driver May be delay due to traffic problem,unwanted thing
  • At the pick up time: You must check identification of the driver and confirm the license plate of your car at the start of the trip. Do not ride the if the vehicle is not commercially licensed.
  • Do not ride, If the vehicle and driver information do not match. we shall not be responsible or liable in any manner If you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or ride with a driver other than the one that we have assigned to you.
  • Pik Cab will not be responsible for any kind of trouble /mishappening done during the journey after driver and cab verification is done by the customer at the start of the journey.
  • We only generate leads responsible till the driver customer match for the journey to be started. PIK CAB SERVICE shall not be responsible for anything done after customer matches with the driver.
  • Driver may ask for your identification.
  • One Day Means a One Calender day (From MidNight 12 to MidNight 12).
  • Distance will Only Be Calculated from GARAGE to GARAGE.
  • If Night Travels after 10 P.M to 6 A.M then Driver Night 250/- extra chargeable as Driver night , for Tempotraveller 300/-
  • Luggage to be carried; not more than (2 small or 1 big bag in compact, 4 small or 2 big bags in Sedan 6 small bags or 3 big bags in SUV).
  • If KM Exceeds then extra KMs will be charged as per norms.
  • Toll Tax, State Tax(Border Tax), Parking are paid by customer (as per actual) . These are not included in booking amount.
  • The driver will not allow any additional passengers or luggage beyond what is allowed in the category of vehicle stated in the reservation. Parking charges, Airport Entry fees or any other form of Entry fees are NOT INCLUDED in the booking ticket. The customer is responsible for all such additional charges incurred during the trip.
  • When you book our Value or Economy services, we can only promise to provide a vehicle in a certain category but we cannot guarantee a specific model of vehicle. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF A SPECIFIC MODEL OR CONFIGURATION OF VEHICLE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE RESERVATIONS AND PAID FOR A SERVICE TYPE THAT GUARANTEES A SPECIFIC VEHICLE MODEL.
  • After assign the driver and cab no amount will be refund (if duration is less than 4 hr ).
  • A.C will be closed in Hill Area.
  • CNG cabs are not allowed in hill areas or on non-CNG routes.
  • Driver will take time to fuel CNG vehicle and that time duration would be included in journey hours.
  • Driver will take care of his fooding lodging.
  • Base Fare includes Fuel charges, Taxi Rent charge, service charge and booking charge.
  • Company can cancel your booking if unable to find cab for you at your scheduled time.
  • Pik Cab does not take responsibility of any material or immaterial loss due to usage of PIK CAB SERVICE cabs these losses shall not be subject to any compensation.
  • Waiting charges @250hr. After 30 mins (Billed on hourly basis).
  • Only one break of 30 mins will be allowed during the journey.

  • Balance amount needs to be paid to driver at the beginning of the journey.

1. What are terms and conditions if I cancel my One Way/Local Rental/Airport Transfer?
  • if your booking is cancelled within 4 (four) hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, it shall be treated as a No-Show by the Customer. No refund shall be applicable in such cases and the entire Booking Amount/Advance shall be treated as Cancellation Charges.
  • if your booking is cancelled prior to between 4 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, a Cancellation Charge equivalent to 15% of the Booking Amount or the actual Advance amount received from the Customer, whichever is less, shall be applicable. The balance if any shall be returned in customer source account within 21 days.
2. What are terms and conditions if I cancel my Taxi package/Tour Packages/Holiday Package/Round Trip/Wedding Car Rental?
  • All the cancellation requests for the taxi package/tour package should be done via email pikcabservices@gmail.com
  • In case the tour/taxi package gets cancelled 30 or more days before the tour date then 100% of the total amount will be refunded to the Customer's source account (Credits) within 30 days.
  • In case booking gets cancelled between 7 to 15 days before the tour date then 50% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's source (Credits) within 21 days.
  • In case booking gets cancelled between 2 to 6 days before the tour date then 75% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's source account (Credits) within 21 days.
  • In case the Taxi package/Tour packages/holiday package gets cancelled between 16 to 30 days before the tour date then 25% of the advance amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to the Customer's source account (Credits) within 21 days.
  • In case booking gets cancelled between 1 to 48 hr then NO REFUND will be applicable.
  • After Sharing driver/vendor details NO REFUND is applicable.
3. Can I cancel my booking in the middle of the journey?

Yes, you can cancel your booking trip in the middle of the journey but you will need to pay the full booking amount to Pik Cab. If you don't pay the estimated booking amount will I have to pay the full booking amount in such a case?

4.However, Pik Cab maintains a Zero Cancellation Policy and this Cancellation Amount shall be credited to Customer's source account (Credits), which may be redeemed in part/full with any other pikcab Booking(s) in future. Usage of Coins shall be subject to term and conditions as laid down on our website Pik Cab. A Customer may login to Pik Cab, using his login credentials to check his Coins Balance.

5.If for any reason your driver/vendor takes too long to get to you then the cancellation charge will be waived in the event of a cancellation request made at your end.

6.If there is a No-Show from your end, i.e. you are not at the pickup location and/or your assigned driver/vendor is unable to get in touch with you on your registered phone number on the scheduled pickup date and time, the driver/vendor shall wait for a reasonable period of half an hour from the scheduled Booking time and thereafter may treat the Booking as cancelled with no refund.

7.The onus shall be on the Customer to inform Pik Cab at least 24 hours before the time of departure, for any delays or rescheduling of departure time and seek confirmation from Pik Cab about the availability of the car at such rescheduled time.

8. In case the assigned driver/vendor cancels the ride without showing any valid and reasonable reason at the last hour and the Pik Cab fails to arrange another cab in a reasonable time, you shall be entitled for the coins for the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking into your Pik Cab wallet. This amount you can use anytime without expiry in future .

9. If your booking cancellation is done due to external unavoidable factors beyond control of human being such as epidemic, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, terrorist acts, riot or similar forces or due to force majeure, your total advance payment will be refunded into the source account.

10. If your booking is cancelled after you have been matched with your driver/vendor and taxi, it shall be treated as NO SHOW by customer.NO REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and entire booking /advance amount shall be treated as cancellation charges.

11. For booking cancellation, you need to cancel the booking from your end through your registered Email ID through Pik Cab customer account I'd. If face any issue please mail at pikcabservices@gmail.com with all details.

12. No cancellation are entertained in any case for those product/services that PIK CAB SERVICE sales team has obtained through online offline ot through call on special occasions like Dussehra ,Pongal ,Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Holi. Wedding occasions etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellation and refund are not possible.

13. Cab Charges can be increased in peak time or festival sessions due to shortage of cab availability, if the customer gives the confirmation on increase charges of the updated ticket and cancels the booking after getting Driver/Vendor cab details, the advance amount would not be refunded.

14. Pik Cab might change driver and Taxi/tempotravller/ Luxary car details prior to boarding the taxi/luxary car/tempotravller in case vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons occur at Driver/Vendor end . No cancellation and refund request shall be entertained in such cases.

15. Pik Cab LLP will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any natural calamity agtaton strike , Road Jam, lockdown , construction work on road ,heavy traffic. Hence NO REFUND would be made.

16. If you are eligible for refunds based on the cancellation and refund policy,then refund will be provided in source bank account or alternate bank account if any provided by the customer end.In case of any issues write us at pikcabservices@gmail.com

17. All refunds if any will be refund to source account through which payment has been made or alternate bank account if any provided by the customer post getting confirmation from the customer end.
